Watch how i made it
Hi,
Please i don’t have oven and i want to make this for my son, how do i go about it?
Funmilayo, i’ve heard of using sand in a pot covered with foil on a stove top. Then put the baking tray on it to cook. It is the local method of baking cake. Try it.

Thank you so much Maureen.
I used frozen plantains, and the muffins came out soggy in the inside. Any advice on how I could have adjusted the recipe?
Hi Theresa, I am not really sure here but maybe a little flour or oats flour can help absorb some of the moisture. You may also try omitting the milk to see how it turns out.
i just tried this and it was not fluffy at all. it came out flat and was very light.
Fatima, what went wrong?
