Green Banana and Apple Puree Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 green banana
- 1/4 or 1/2 medium apple
- Small butter
- Pinch of nutmeg
Method
- Peel and cut the green banana and apple into small chunks .
- Boil together with 1 cup of water for about 5-7 minutes or until soft, then add the butter and nutmeg.
- Puree until smooth and serve.
